Our Philosophy

People are the single most important factor that drive successful organisations. Sewa Beats leadership development, team building and training services are geared to maximising the effectiveness of people.

Sewa Beats believes that while progress is important in business, it is sustainable progress that delivers true value. This can only be realised through people and therefore organisations must focus on and engage constructively with their employees, clients (and other stakeholders).

Focused engagement requires that the organisation respects its employees. Respect for individuals must encompass respect for their culture, background, competencies and values and it must be demonstrable. We believe that developing the strengths and talents of individuals is the most constructive and tangible way an organisation can demonstrate respect.

Our aims

We aim to use our ability to combine the power of ancient art forms with 21st century learning techniques to build bridges between cultures and across the fissures that divide organisations.

By bringing a primal and ancient art form that is widely recognized as a powerful communications medium into the modern boardroom, we are able to stimulate executives to positively reassess their own beliefs, value systems and methods of communication.

Learning is vital but so too is a sense of achievement, happiness and satisfaction. We aim to provide all of these benefits to our clients through what we call ‘the joy of drumming’.
