Drumming is increasingly recognized as a powerful medium for team building and leadership development. It is also a dynamic tool for motivating and energizing participants at conferences and seminars.

Sewa Beats offers organisational development, team building and leadership development programmes for groups of five to 1000 participants. Flexibility is critical to success so we do not offer standard packages. We have designed these programmes to make certain that there is endless scope for flexibility and innovation.

To ensure that we place the right emphasis on the client’s required areas for development, we frequently involve internal and external training specialists in defining the optimum content. This can include: personal values, peak performance, goals, skills and strengths; leadership development; team building and motivation.
