Leadership development and team building in the Baltics
The demand for easily-transferable leadership development methods is growing across Eastern Europe.
Sewa Beats started to work in the Baltic region in March 2005. The company's first project was a week of sessions for an in-house company programme, centered on aspects of leadership development. It then ran sessions for an open-enrollment programme for professionals, organised by the leading Latvian consultancy, Triviums. Participants came from a wide range of local and international companies including a number of local banks, as well as RIMI and STATOIL. Feedback on the leadership development work was excellent, and the participants were especially impressed by the power of Sewa Beats' unique methodology for experiential learning. This aroused so much interest that Sewa Beats is still invited back to run leadership development and team building sessions for these companies.

It is a great honour for Sewa Beats that the great Mandingo master drummer and legendary teacher has agreed to become a patron of the company.
The WEF's prestigious Global Leadership Fellows Programme trains future leaders of the world's leading public and private institutions.
