One of Sewa Beats' core values is corporate social responsibility, with the following main objectives:

- To bring the joy of drumming to underprivileged communities.
Sewa Beats is committed to engaging different sectors of the community in African drumming and dance and has run workshops with deaf children teaching them to feel the beat through their bodies, with prisoners for rehabilitation purposes, and with refugees.
Sewa Beats has organised several fund-raising events and more are on the agenda.
